New Vista Society is partnering with BC Housing to bring some much-needed affordable rental housing for seniors in Maple Ridge. Construction is expected to start next year on a 98-unit project at 22534, 22548, and 22556 Royal Crescent, with 20% of units priced at shelter and pension rates, 50% at below BC Housing’s housing income limits metric, and 30% at the low end of the market.
