The Housing department of New Vista Society is a vital part of our organisation.

We currently have over 800 apartments in Burnaby, Langley, and Delta. We offer housing to seniors, families, and individuals. We offer both subsidized housing and lower market rate housing.

Every building at New Vista has eligibility requirements. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we would not be able to offer you an apartment. Some of the requirements included age (for the senior buildings), family composition, and income. If your income is greater than the maximum limit for a particular building, you would not qualify.
