Celebrating three incredible careers at New Vista

Together, they’ve given nearly 50 years of care and compassion to our residents.

This week, we gathered to celebrate the retirement of three long-serving Resident Care Aides: Carlos L., who retires after 18 years of dedicated service; Mariam V., after 17 years; and Carol C., after 14 years. Each of them has played an important role in shaping the everyday experience of life at New Vista.

The retirement tea brought together staff, residents, and family members to reflect on their incredible contributions. It was an afternoon filled with gratitude, warm wishes, and a few emotional moments — along with plenty of tea and treats.

To Carlos, Mariam, and Carol: thank you for your kindness, commitment, and the countless ways you’ve made a difference. You’ll always be part of the New Vista family.
