Construction Progress Continues at Royal Crescent
New Vista's affordable housing development for seniors in Maple Ridge continues to take shape
Construction continues to move forward at New Vista Society's Royal Crescent affordable housing development in Maple Ridge, where work is now underway on the third floor.
Recently, members of the New Vista team had the opportunity to tour the site with Todd Jacob and Nick Shergill from Jacob Brothers Construction, seeing firsthand the progress being made as floor joists are installed.
When complete, the development will provide 98 affordable rental homes for seniors with low to moderate incomes, offering safe, accessible housing designed to support independent living. The project includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, along with shared amenities that encourage connection and community.
We're grateful to Jacob Brothers Construction, BC Housing, the Province of British Columbia, and everyone involved in bringing this important project to life. We look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses toward the anticipated 2027 completion.
