ABOUT THE BUILDING
Eunice Oh Residence is a three story wood-frame building that provides 25 units of affordable rental housing and features: 3 studio apartments; 11 one-bedroom apartments; 8 two-bedroom apartments; and 3 three-bedroom apartments. Funded through BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund (CHF) anticipated opening is summer of 2024.
This residence will be named after our generous benefactor, Mrs. Eunice Oh.
