JS Woodsworth Phase II
ABOUT THE BUILDING
New Vista’s JS Woodsworth Court Phase II features apartments for seniors as well as townhouse units of affordable rental housing for low and moderate income households.
JS Woodsworth Court Phase II features 38 units of housing as follows:
- 8 one-bedroom apartments for seniors only
- 6 two-bedroom townhouses (approximate size:
- 10 three-bedroom townhouses
- 4 four-bedroom townhouses
Our Rent-Geared-to-Income units offer tenants the opportunity to pay a rent based on their income combined with a BC Housing rent subsidy. BC Housing rent subsidies are available to eligible applicants.
Tenants are required to pay cable TV, heat and electricity.
Secured underground parking, including a car wash area, is also available on site at a reasonable monthly rate. There is a communal amenity centre with kitchen and a handicapped washroom on-site as well as a children’s play area and a bicycle storage area.
