ABOUT THE BUILDING
New Vista Place features 146 bachelor apartments and 28 one-bedroom apartments of social housing for low-income seniors (55 years of age and older).
New Vista Place is one of two fully renovated 14-storey high-rises located in the south Burnaby neighbourhood of Edmonds, New Vista Place is close to shopping, public transportation and community services, including the Edmonds Aquatic Centre.
Bachelor apartments at New Vista Place are reserved for solo applicants. Couples may apply for one-bedroom apartments. A limited number of unites are offered at market rate.
