A recent ventilation upgrade at Douglas Manor is one of many capital improvements underway across New Vista properties

As part of New Vista Society’s broader capital repairs and building improvement program, a new Make-Up Air Unit (MAU) has been installed at Douglas Manor, one of our affordable housing properties.

The upgrade will help provide reliable fresh air circulation and heating for residents year-round, supporting a safe and comfortable living environment for seniors and residents living with disabilities.

Projects like this are an important part of maintaining and improving the quality of our housing communities. From mechanical upgrades to ongoing building maintenance, New Vista continues to invest in the long-term comfort, safety, and wellbeing of residents across our properties.
