Halloween Decorations Bring Festive Cheer to New Vista

The fourth floor West Side at New Vista was fully decked out for Halloween this year!

With creative touches from staff members and a helping hand from James “Dale” Scribner, the floor has been transformed into a festive, spooky scene.
